The Long Days of Winter

As seems to be the case many places around the world, we are currently receiving one of our most severe winters to date. It has made things rather challenging for the church. As most of you know a year ago the Lord blessed the church with a new building, but we do not have a lot of parking. What parking we do have is public and located on the main roads to and from the church. Therefore, with all the snow we have received it has made parking very difficult. Yet, with all these challenges we are excited to report that God has still been blessing the work as we had 108 in worship on Sunday, our largest attendance in a normal worship service apart from Christmas or Easter. God has continued to show his faithfulness and we are very grateful for His blessings.

We are grateful for the continued growth of our after school program. Over 75% of the families who now have children in our program are unbelievers. As they bring their children to attend each day many parents ask questions about who we are and the nature of the church. This has been opening doors for us to share the love of Christ with those who do not know Him in our community. We are praying that God would continue to bless this as we continue to reach out to these families.
